Creativity & Candlemas
This half term we are looking at Creativity and the miracle of the world God created for us. We will be focusing on the world we live in being a gift from God and how our own lives as well as others were also gifts fro God. We will look at our responsibility as 'stewards' to care for the world and how God has entrusted us to care for it now in the present and for future generations.
Class 2 recreated the creation story in their Art lessons using collage.
Candlemas
Each class were responsible for planning and leading worship around Candlemas.
Class 4 looked at the traditions of candlemas around the world, Class 3 looked at the Creation of new life , Class 2 and class 1 looked at how we use our senses for the world God created.
Nursery created their own display about Jesus being the Light of the World
