Holiday forms
A reminder, due to a change in the law, the Headteacher is no longer able to give permission for your child to go on holiday during school time. If you still choose to book a holiday during term time, your child’s absence will be recorded as unauthorised and this does not reflect well for the school and may hamper your child's learning. As with all absences you will still need to inform the school by email head@brigham.cumbria.sch.uk or by using the form below, as to why your child has not attended. If you still choose for your child to go on holiday then you may run the risk of a fine- see LA attendance letter below. Also, please do not ask the class teacher for ‘work’ during your absence as it is not their fault your child is not in school.

SCHOOL UNIFORM
You may be entitled to help with the cost of your child's uniform. Please see the information below and the application form. If you need help with this please come into to school and we will be happy to assist you.
Medicines
If your child is taking medicines as part of a long term illness or condition, you will need to complete a Health Care Plan and permission slips below.
If your child needs short term medication, please give as many doses at home as possible. If a dose is needed during the school day, please label the bottle clearly and complete the permission slip below.
Please hand all medicines and completed slips to your child's teacher. Always check the date of medicines as it is your responsibility to replace them when needed.
