Making good secure relationships with our classmates and teachers
Whole school games afternoon - class 4 (years 5 and 6) organised a games and cake afternoon to raise money for their chosen charity Cancer Research. Here, once again like our snow day, the children across the school are mixing and make good relations with children of all age ranges. The older children helped our younger members of school to build with construction, join in a game of bingo as well as play a new board game or join in with a Top Trumps challenge.
Accessing the continuous provision supports sharing and taking turns.
A visit to our local park in Brigham saw us being aware of road safety, keeping ourselves safe and taking turns on the equipment, keeping ourselves safe when using the equipment as well as being aware of strangers (the park may also be being enjoyed by others the children did not know)
